“New opportunities – winning business from the consultancy market”

Speaker: Andrew MacAskill, MD, EO Executives Online

The global talent shortage opens new opportunities – especially for experienced interims! Andrew MacAskill *, MD of EO, outlines how groups of quality Interims (such as TEN) can collegiately position themselves as project teams to win market from the consultancies and secure high value transformation work.

He will explore:

  • The Global Talent Shortage and why it will lead to ever more consulting opportunities
  • Risks and Rewards – how to structure the financial arrangements
  • How do we move clients away from the “No-one ever got fired for using IBM” mind-set
  • The importance of knowledge transfer and follow up work
  • Opportunity origination and pitching

Do join us for what we are sure will be a riveting discussion and open new avenues to that next assignment.

Please note CHATHAM HOUSE RULES – MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS – NO PROVIDERS PLEASE.  This is a unique event and its success depends on confidentiality and genuine partnership. We know everyone will respect this. Hence, on this occasion, the event is only for The Executive Network members and guests who are not interim providers.  The attendance list will be screened accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
