Interim Interest Group Meeting

Monday 7th March 2016 – 5pm

Address Details:
Nabarro LLP, 125 London Wall, London EC2Y 5AL
Ben Stones MD PROPHET Phofiling (IIG 3-16)

Ben Stones, Managing Director, PROPHET Profiling

Ben’s talk will cover the findings from an Insight Study based on the ‘Distinguishing Characteristics of Interims’ and will discuss the implications for finding and delivering assignments as an Interim. The study was conducted in conjunction with specialist interim recruitment firm, Hemming Robeson, and the findings illustrated that there is a distinct profile of a typical senior interim. He will be exploring how the profile of an interim differs from a permanent executive and the opportunities and risks this presents for both the interims and people who engage interims.

The talk will not only focus on the study findings but also how the different personalities within the audience can develop high performing business relationships with the key stakeholders they have to lead, manage and influence. By looking at different types of leaders and different types of teams, Ben will provide you with a framework for thinking about developing the performance of the people around you.

Ben has spent the last two decades advising world leading organisations on executive team performance, with a particular focus on developing the critical relationships for business success. He advises on Chair/CEO partnerships,  Private Equity Investor/Manager relationships, Professional Partnerships and Joint Ventures. Ben commissioned an expert team to develop PROPHET – a new psychometric specifically designed for  Senior Teams to raise performance and generate business insight to help with the implementation of strategy. PROPHET is already being used in large organisations such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Rio Tinto and National Grid, as well as in fast growing smaller businesses.
