In an increasingly competitive market and a challenging economic outlook many expect a downward pressure on day rates. This month’s event looks at how you can maximise your day rate.
We have a panel of experts from different sectors and functions, from within XTEND, who have spent many years negotiating on their own behalf and for their clients – many leading world-class organisations. A one chance opportunity to learn from our own experts some of their tried and tested best practise techniques to finesse the other party. Learn how to use these techniques when negotiating your own contracts and day rates.
This will be a highly interactive session to ensure lots of practical learning – a panel discussion; open floor forum; and role play. There’s plenty of opportunity for you to craft your own tailored check list and tips for future successful negotiations.
