Jason Rommer joined WBMS as a Partner, in the summer of 2014 to develop WBMS “Customer and Growth” Practice. Passionate about all things “Consumer”, Jason spent his early career in the trading team of one of the UK’s leading retailers, before spring boarding into a career in recruitment. He has over 10 years’ executive recruitment experience, shortlisted for the IIM Executive Interim Recruiter of the Year 2013. Jason supports clients to achieve business objectives across Programme Delivery, Operations, Commercial and Supply Chain
Chloe Watts joined WBMS as a Partner in September 2015, bringing multi-discipline experience from 15 years in the industry with a real depth of expertise in resourcing specialists in HR, OD and business change including with Alium Partners and Courtenay HR Ltd.. Chloe has a real curiosity about how organisations work. Challenging clients’ thinking and helping push the boundaries around the potential options and solutions is a key part of her role.
