Our meetings are a mix of online events (free to attend) and face to face networking (where a small charge is usually applied to cover costs.)
We are a welcoming, informal networking group for senior executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, non-executive directors, interim managers, consultants, coaches and self-employed professionals.
The next XTEND meetings
Our next meeting will be on Thursday 5th March via Zoom – register here
Join Arjan Visser and learn about “Becoming the Leader Your Next Role Requires”
Step beyond yesterday’s thinking. Join Arjan Visser for a transformative keynote that shows how leaders shape the future not by what they do, but by who they are becoming.
You’ll meet your future self and experience the identity that drives bold, aligned decisions; learn to lead with courage, connection, and clarity in the face of risk, tension, and complexity; and see how identity shapes strategy, culture, and execution—then practice it in your daily leadership.
This is not theory. It’s a lived experience. If you’re ready to step into your next chapter and lead the future with authenticity and purpose, this session is for you.
We look forward to seeing you there – register here
This will be followed on 9th March by an informal Coffee catchup for any member – and a chance to meet our chair Matt Goddard – register here.
This is an opportunity to ask the chair of XTEND anything about the programme, what we do, how we do it, or share an insight or idea to help the network.
